To ensure property is market ready CSG performs initial janitorial/maid services. Property will be broom-sweep, mopped, appliances cleaned, wipe down counter tops, sinks & window sills & clean toilets. Ongoing monthly janitorial/maid services are completed as needed per client/investor guidelines or request.

CSG offers sales cleans after rehab or new construction services have been completed. Sales cleans are high-end maid service also available to include window washing and other services based on your request.
