CSG Property Solutions, Inc. is a minority and woman-owned full service construction, property management and property preservation company. Our primary mission is providing full service asset management, custom renovation services and preserving vacant foreclosed properties for city, county and state municipalities, banks, mortgage servicing companies and investors. We are in business to provide comprehensive services to our customers that mitigate risks associated with property investment, management and preserving vacant distressed properties.
Servicing Illinois and Indiana with a combined 20 years of construction, REO and property management experience, CSG provides expert full scale asset/property management and construction services for both residential and commercial projects from inception to disposition. CSG’s competitive prices, strong working relationships with architects and developers, as well as, the capacity to manage multiple building and/or rehab projects simultaneously, makes CSG a leader in asset/property management and contracting services.
